The Stop Gap: Eviction Moratoriums and Housing (in)stability

What’s Included:

The eviction crisis as a result of the pandemic is also a Fair Housing Crisis, a compounding of an already inequitable affordable housing landscape in St. Louis. The Metropolitan St. Louis Equal Housing & Opportunity Council (EHOC) is committed to eradicating all forms of housing discrimination to promote housing stability. Through this conversation with EHOC staff members and Washington University alumnas Marissa Cohen and Lauren Verseman, you will learn about the eviction landscape, the impact of evictions from a holistic perspective, and calls to action to address the Stopgap.
